At this point, I am assuming that your ground beef is ready for making burger patties. So, in this section, I am going to describe all the steps required for making hamburger patties from ground beef.

Well, the procedure I am about to explain won’t be a tough one, if you study the following discussion with your full concentration.

First of all, if there is a reason for your burger patties falling apart then it is using excess water while making patties or not using enough salt in them.

Another reason why burgers have a tendency to fall apart during the cooking process is that they are over-handled which causes the patties to get drained of their juices.

In order for you to make your burgers stick together, it is quite necessary that you add sufficient amount of salt in them while grinding along with using enough moisture (which is not actually needed).

Actually, many people out there do think that red meat is not a good choice when it comes to a healthy diet.

This is why I thought it is necessary to discuss this matter in detail because there are many misconceptions regarding the nutritional content of beef.

Here, I have tried my best to provide you with a brief overview of how much protein, fat, and other nutrients are found in 100 gm Burger Patties.

There is approx. 20 gm of protein present in 100 gm Red Meat (including ground beef). The amount of protein will be slightly higher if you take lean red meat into account.
