Always remember that burger patties tend to shrink during cooking, and it may cause deep cracks on the edges.
In order to prevent problems like these, you can depress the center portion of your beef patties so the edges of the patties can get some extra meat.

Many of you might be wondering how to make hamburger patty stick together? Well, in this section I will try to discuss some of the most effective methods that will help you in making well-built burgers.
First of all, if there is a reason for your burger patties falling apart then it is using excess water while making patties or not using enough salt in them.
Another reason why burgers have a tendency to fall apart during the cooking process is that they are over-handled which causes the patties to get drained of their juices.

Here, I have tried my best to provide you with a brief overview of how much protein, fat, and other nutrients are found in 100 gm Burger Patties.
There is approx. 20 gm of protein present in 100 gm Red Meat (including ground beef). The amount of protein will be slightly higher if you take lean red meat into account.
