  • ¾ Cups Warm Milk (110-degree F).
  • 1 Egg (Beaten). 
  • 1 ½ Cups All-purpose Gluten Free Flour Mix Of Choice (I Like To Use Bob’s Red Mill GF Baking Flour Mix For This Recipe.)
  • ¼ Cup Vital Wheat Gluten Flour.

Steps To Follow For Making Gluten Free Bun

Step 1

In a small bowl, add yeast and ¼ cup water with ½ teaspoon of sugar. Mix well and set aside for 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

Step 2

In a large bowl, add remaining water, milk, egg, and 1 tablespoon of sugar to the yeast mixture. Stir well with a whisk then gradually incorporate flour mix with the wet ingredients in the large bowl with a spoon until the dough starts to form.
